These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AFTERZ website and the purchase of AFTERZ products.

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. All products are intended for external cosmetic use only and should be used as directed.
AFTERZ products are cosmetic products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
We reserve the right to update product information, pricing or availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
Any updates to these Terms will be reflected on this page. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subscription Terms
Where you purchase a subscription product, your subscription will renew monthly until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account under My Subscriptions.
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Your initial subscription purchase is also subject to your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Details of how to exercise this right are set out in our Shipping & Returns page.
We will notify you in advance of any changes to your subscription pricing, and you may cancel before those changes take effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
